24 oz (706 ml) sliced and peeled peaches
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup Omega Grains
½ cup whole-wheat flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
½ cup softened butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C). Lightly grease and flour into 4, 1 cup capacity ovenproof ramekins.
Combine peaches and strawberries in medium bowl. Divide the mixture amongst the ramekins. Place ramekins on baking sheet
Combine Omega Grains, flour, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl. Rub into butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pile mixture over fruit mixture. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until golden.
